Sivananda Yoga:-
Sivananda yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga. It is founded by swami vishnudevananda. Swami vishnudevananda's guru swami sivananda consists 4 Paths of yoga which are Karma, Raja, Jnana, Bhakti Yoga. As well as he gave 5 point's which are Asanas, pranayama, Vedanta, Meditation, Savasana. This also helps in back pain. This is the one of the most best therapy for back (neck and anywhere along back)  pain. It is a self fitness yoga for chronic back pain.
