Diet Plan For Monday

                                 Diet Plan 



Early Morning :-
1:  (1) Glass warm water with lemon and honey.

Meal 1:-    (9:00 AM) 
1: (4) Egg White or (3) bowl sprouts.
2: (2) Cup Broccoli boiled.
3: (5) Almonds.


Meal 2:-    (12:00 PM) 
1: (1) Cup black coffee and (5) almonds.


Meal 3:-    (2:00 PM) 
1: (4) Egg white or (3) bowl sprouts.
2: (1) Cup green beans and spinach or brocoli boiled.
3: (1) Bowl brown rice.


Meal 4:-  (5:00 PM) 
1: (1) Cup green tea.


Meal 5:-     (At Night) 
1: (4) Egg white or (3) bowl sprouts salad including ( Broccoli, green beans, spinach, carrot, bell pepper).



                              Diet Plan :-2
Early Morning :-
1: While going to gym (Dry Fruits).
2: While coming from gym (Banana's).


Dry Fruits:- (Walnut, almonds, dry fig, cashew nuts, dates).

Meal 1:- 
1: Almond milk or soy milk (1 lit).
2: Some time eat chapati with cheese.


Meal 2:-
1: Rice with broccoli, spinach, green peans, all kind of beans, mushrooms, cauliflower, cabbage.
2: Peanut butter with brown bread or nutella or mayonis.
3: Chococlate, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, pea's, drumsticks with salad.


Meal 3:-
1: Juice (avacado, apple, pineapple, kiwi, mango, grapes, custeredmelon).
2: 1/4 of watermelon.
3: Salad (carrots, cucumber, beet, tomatoes.

                           

Meal 4:-
1: Boiled chicken or chicken breast.


:- Add olive oil and garlic in your meals in a day.
