What is Yoga ?

What is yoga?
Yoga is a mind-body and exercise practice that combines breath control, meditation, and movements to stretch and strengthen muscles. What sets yoga apart from most other exercise programs is that it places as great an emphasis on mental fitness as on physical fitness.
We are doing Yoga from hundreds of year so you can compare Yoga with these modern Exercises. Given its history, there are several types of Yoga.

Yoga helps relieve old and chronic pain
Yoga can help people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraine and many other types of chronic pain conditions. A study published in Annals of Internal Medicine  founds that many people with back pain relieve due to weakly Yoga exercise. Another study published after a few days found that yoga was comparable to standard exercise therapy in relieving chronic low back pain and many other chronic pains.
A meta-analysis of 17 studies that include a huge number of people nearly about 1600 concluded that Yoga can improve daily function among people with fibromyalgia osteoporosis-related curvature of the spine.

What does a typical yoga session look like?

Yoga sessions usually last for 30 to 90 minutes. But you can benefit from exercising yoga at home for 10 to 20 minutes.
A session usually starts with breathing exercises to help the body relax and disturb anxiety and distraction.. Deep breathing through the nose is an important component of yoga. The session then goes through a series of sitting, standing and yoga rugs. These rugs are known as Asanas. Some Asanas are held for a few seconds to a few minutes. It is important to breathe the body in different rugs correctly and to breathe far away. But don't push your body farther than it wishes to go. And stop if you feel any pain. The sessions typically end with breathing and meditation.
Yoga also change your mood and you feel very fresh whole day.
